location is excellent
the hotel is very tired and in poor condition. shower did ot work properly and room had not been hoovered. cheap but poor quality
Location was ok
Our room was in the roof and was accessed by a narrow spiral staircase which was very challenging with bags. The bathroom was very small and sink also very small making washing and shaving difficult. Also very noisy during the night even though it was midweek.
staff were lovely.nothing else
were do we start.we stayed in the 4 bedroom one.room was filty.so dated.their was a smell as soon as we walked in.the windows were very dangerous, one unexpectedly fell down shut on my partners arm causing serious pain and bruising.floor was stained and disgusting.bathroom wad appauling.shower was dirty.television didn't work properly, plug socket was fitted in a way that you could not put the plug in!i can't even say you get what you pay for as i have for the plug stayed in several bed and breakfasts for the same price and the standard way way way higher.we didn't dare stay for the breakfasts.
Comfortable room, friendly staff, brilliant value for money.
Shower was broken
Very good location in temple bar, the staff are friendly and helpful, free coffee, reasonable price.
The room was never cleaned, but the towels were changed everyday.
The location of this place was great. It was close to everything!
I wish they would have internet for their visitors. Also, our shower didn't look the cleanest, but it could have been worse.
Very clean and comfortable with excellent service which made the trip very enjoyable, such as clean towels each day and the free tea/coffee was very much appreciated. The location was also amazing, so close to town and other attractions such as the Guinness storehouse.
Extremely handy to the centre of town. Reasonable quiet. Breakfast is available but we ate at the cafe over the road.
Good location. Max 20 min walking from all there is to visit in Dublin.
We booked 4 rooms. One of them had no hot water, another had leaking water in the bathroom. Noisy if you don't plan to be outside the hostel until 3 am, as several bars are in the surroundings.
Carpeting disgusting, mattresses worn and lumpy, no mattress pad, only a threadbare sheet that didn't cover mattress... I slept wrapped in duvet to not touch mattress, no hair dryer
Nothing, Im dying to give my keys back at the reception
Bathroom, Chinese Recepionist, Tv. Bed is so old, size of the room, carpet is so dirty
Good location and value for the money.
The bed was uncomfertable and there was a lot of disturbance from the room upstair.
We checked in, made payment and was told we had to give our room key every day that we left the building which were not compfatable with at all. I dont understand how it can be called a hotel, its discusting, freezing cold and located above shops...more like a back alley dumping ground. It does not look anything like the pictures at all, we got a refund and spent 4 hours in the middle of night looking for somewhere to stay...totally ruined our honeymoon away...would not recommend it to anyone! My advice would be never to stay there, ould be more compfastable on the street to be honest surrounded by drunks!!!!
I think it is unacceptable that they require the room key everyday the room is left - how can people be happy to leave there belongings with the staff to roam freely through there things, its awfull. Needs serious building works and cleaning...and some sort of heating...Ia would pay even 1 euro to stay there the night!!!
It is in a really good location (Temple Bar), as we wanted to visit all of the bars and pubs so there was no need to get taxis anywhere.
The beds were really uncomfortable, there was rotting food underneath one of the mattresses, cold draft through the window and the shower was difficult to turn off.
shabby but clean lots of stairs to rooms
